Magic Handpone

One day, while Joanne is walking back to home from school, she sees a black colour handphone on the road. She picks the handphone up and is thinking whether she needs to pass it to police. After two seconds of thinking, she decides to keep it for a while.

First, she tries to call the grandma from Sibu. She really misses her.

"Hello grandma. This is Joanne."

"Hi Joanne. How are you? Are you with your parents?"

"I'm on the way home. Grandma, do you want to come to Miri?"

"Yes, of course," says grandma jokingly.

Boop! In less than a second, grandma is standing in front of Joanne! Both of them are shocked! Grandma doesn't know how she can end up in Miri. Joanne suspects that it is because of the handphone.

That evening, grandma takes a bus going back to Sibu.

The next day, Joanne calls Lucas - her cousin from Penang.

"Hello Lucas, want to come to Miri?"

Lucas immediately says yes. And the next second Lucas is in Miri! Lucas's parents can't find Lucas when they come back from work. They almost want to call police, before Joanne's mom talk them Lucas is in Miri. They have to fly to Miri and bring Lucas back to Penang.

Joanne misses her another cousin - Melvin from Singapore. She decides to give him a "call" this coming Saturday.

On the Saturday, Joanne calls Melvin. But it is Melvin's mom who picks up the phone.

"Hello ye ye, can I talk to Melvin?" asks Joanne.

"Sure, we are at Singapore zoo now. Melvin is running around the zoo. Please wait for a while."

So Melvin's mom passes the phone to Melvin, who is watching a big brown bear in front of the cage.

"Melvin, do you want to come to Miri?"

"What? I can't hear you."

"Do you want to come to Miri?" shouts Joanne.

Joanne's voice is so loud that Melvin moves away the handphone from the ear, after he says yes of course.

But the handphone drops into the bear's cage.

Boop! A big brown bear appears in Joanne's bedroom. Joanne is shocked! She quickly throws the handphone to the bear, runs out of the room and locks the door!

The Miri police comes and catches the bear and puts it in Miri zoo. Joanne tries to find her handphone, but it is being stepped by the bear and is completely broken.

Bear

In a village lives a girl. She likes teddy bear very much. Every week, she asks her parents to buy one teddy bear for her. If her parents don't buy for her, she will keep crying, throwing things around, even thinking of running away from home.

One Sunday, as usual the girl goes shopping with her parents at nearby town. While they are away, there is a real bear who is lost and wonder around the village. The bear can't find his way home. Finally, he comes to the girl's house and is happy to see so many fake bears inside the house.

"This family must be liking the bear very much," thinks the bear.

So the bear decides to stay at the house, inside the girl's room.

After a while the family come back from town. The girl is happy that her parents buy another teddy bear for her. She quickly runs to her room to play with her new teddy bear.

When the girl opens the door, she sees a real bear lying on her bed.

"Oh my God!" the girl shouts like crazy.

The family quickly run out of house and call the police. The police come and catch the bear and put it to the zoo.

What the bear doesn't understand is, why the girl likes teddy bears so much, but she doesn't like him...

Carrot Seeds

A bird is very hungry. He is flying around to look for food. He meets with a goat and a rabbit. They are hungry too. They are looking for food too.

The bird thinks of a sustainable way of getting food. He goes to a village and talks to an aunty, "If you could give me four carrot seeds, I can give you back a carrot a few days later."

So the aunty gives four seeds to the bird.

The bird eats one seed, and gives three seeds to the goat. The goat plants the seeds, waits for the seeds to grow and eats one carrot leaves and passes the other two carrots for rabbit.

The rabbit waits until the carrots grow bigger. He then pulls the two carrots, eats one and passes another one to the aunty as promised.

The aunty is happy, so she gives another four seeds to the bird again. And the cycle goes on.

The bird, the goat and the rabbit are happy that they can continue to get food. The aunty is happy too, to exchange four seeds with one carrot, as she is lazy to plant the carrots herself.
